The candidate will have prior experience programming and operating high-powered laser systems. Must have extensive knowledge in reading technical drawings and prints. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using trigonometric and geometric calculations. Must have previous experience working in a production environment with tight deadlines. Able to communicate and provide feedback on improving production and efficiency. Troubleshooting lasers and motion control systems is a plus.

Requirements

Write and debug CNC programs
Knowledge of various materials used in the electronic industry
Proficient in CAD/CAM Software
Able to document details of production processes (tooling/parameters/etc.)

Description

Day shift Dicing Operator with experience running diamond saws to cingulate ceramic, wafers, and various other materials in the electronic industry. The ideal candidate will maintain all equipment (i.e. filters, water changes, blade, and flange upkeep). Candidate must also maintain accurate inventory and ordering of wax, blades, glass, and other necessary items for diamond saw processing. Must be proficient with calipers and micrometers, as this role will require precision cutting to tight tolerances. A firm grasp of reading technical drawings is a must.

Description

Day shift trimming technician with some experience laser trimming resistors is preferred. Will consider candidates that have some technical background in the microelectronics industry. The ideal candidate will maintain laser equipment, write and troubleshoot programs, maintain an accurate inventory of materials necessary for the laser trim department. Must have some knowledge of reading technical drawings. A positive attitude is a must.

Requirements

Properly turn on and operate laser trimming systems.
Program lasers to perform resistor trimming on hybrid circuits.
QC initial run against engineering drawings.
Document parameters for future runs.
Complete paperwork in detail.
Build and maintain probe cards.
Follow and create work instructions for other technicians.
Periodic preventative maintenance on lasers systems.
Knowledge of resistors/capacitors
Past experience with resistor trimming is a huge plus but not required
